After graduating in Law from La Sapienza University of Rome, he began his professional career in BNL/BNP Paribas Group and continued his carreer in Finanza & Futuro - Deutsche Bank Group. He then worked for Symphonia SIM, Banca Intermobiliare and Cassa Lombarda Group. In 2007 become Co-General Manager in Santander. Since 2017 he has been an effective member of the Board of Directors of Open Capital and responsible for the local office in Rome.

After graduating with honors in Management Engineering at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, he carried out his first work experience in the financial world at Allfunds Bank, based in London. 
Later, Matteo entered the strategic consultancy sector, where he worked for approximately 10 years at some of the most prestigious firms (A.T. Kearney, Roland Berger, and Monitor Deloitte), with a focus on Financial Services projects.
Since 2024 he has joined Open Capital as a Partner.
 

After specializing in finance and communication, he begun working at FIDA SIM – part of Cassa di Risparmio di Torino Group - where he was appointed group manager. He then collaborated with ING Sviluppo Investimenti SIM and joined Symphonia Sgr in 1996 where he consolidated his long experience as Relationship Manager. In Open Capital since 2018, he is Manager of the north-west Area.

After graduating in Law from Università Statale in Milan, she began working for a law firm in Milan specialized in labor law where she remained for around 8 years, working as independent lawyer for the last 5 years. In 2007 began a collaboration with an important multinational bank covering the role of Human Resources Manager. At Open Capital she is Organization / Human Resources Manager.

Graduated in Economics from Università Cattolica in Milan, he has gained twenty years of experience in asset management working for important Italian and international banking groups including Cassa Lombarda, Banca Aletti, Santander and UBS. At Open Capital he is Investment Director and Head of the Advisory desk.

In 2017 he founded Open Capital of which he is Chief Executive Officer. He is also Advisor for the private equity fund Warburg Pincus LLC. His has a long experience in the banking and financial sector playing prominent roles in well-known institutions such as Intesa San Paolo, JP Morgan - Fleming and Santander Italia where he was CEO from 2007 to 2016.

He is an adjunct professor of "Business Analysis and Development" at the Faculty of Banking, Financial and Insurance Sciences from Università Cattolica of Milan. Member of the AIAF - Italian Association of Financial Analysts - since 1999.

After graduating in Banking and Finance and a Master's degree at the Sole 24 Ore Business School in 2018, he joined Open Capital in the Risk Management division.

After graduating cum laude and a PhD in mathematics, she continued her research activity in the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Brescia in collaboration with the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) with a focus on the optimization of mathematical and computational models for economics and financial markets, publishing in many international journals.

In 2014 joined Symphonia SGR to deal with the development of ESG investments in the "green economy" and the implementation of quantitative models for the optimization of financial investment portfolios. Since 2017 she works for Open Capital as Portfolio Manager.

He began his professional career as Investment Area Manager of a banking group in Brescia, subsequently holding the position of Area Manager for Finanza & Futuro - Deutsche Bank Group -  for Brescia and the nearby area. In 1997 he joined Symphonia SGR. In Open Capital Partners he is Manager for the North-East Area.

Graduated cum laude in Banking, Financial and Insurance Economics from Università Cattolica of Milan, he has gained over twenty years' experience in international banking groups in investment services as Portfolio Manager and Global Advisor supporting HNWI customers.

In Open Capital since 2017, he is Head Portfolio Management.

Graduated in Management from Bocconi University, he arrived at Santander after an initial experience in management consultancy at Jefferson Wells. He worked for Santander for eight years, first as Investment Specialist and then in Risk and Internal Audit. In 2016 he participated in the establishment of Open Capital and the opening of the Milan office where he is Risk Management and AML Manager.

Graduated cum laude in Economics from La Sapienza University of Rome, has almost thirty years of experience in the financial sector, first in Milan and later in Switzerland, where he worked for over twenty years in the private banking sector. Since 2006 he has been General Director of an important Swiss bank specialized in private banking.

Over thirty years of experience in the financial sector after graduating from Bocconi University. Among his numerous roles, he was General Prosecutor and Public Prosecutor at Milan Stock Exchange in 1986, and in 1994 in Giubergia-Warburg, which later became UBS. He was responsible for the Sales-trading desk and manager of the sales-trading room in Cassa Lombarda. After eight years as a Senior Banker at Santander he joined Open Capital as a partner.

His twenty-year career in the financial sector began in Caboto - Intesa SanPaolo - within the Corporate Finance team of the London and Milan branches. Since 2002 he has been Commercial Director in the Italian branch of KBL - Kredit Bank Luxembourg. He then joined Santander in 2016 to coordinate an operational team. In 2017 he joined Open Capital as a Partner.

Graduated from Bocconi University, she has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector. After three years of experience as an auditor at Coopers & Lybrand and Reconta Ernst & Young, she worked at Cassa Lombarda for 15 years where she was Head of the Financial Advisors Network. Since 2008 she have been part of the Santander commercial network.

Graduated from Bocconi University, he has gained over 30 years of experience in the financial markets. Since 1990 he worked in Fineco Sim as trader and Forex Desk Manager. From 1999 and for 21 years in Symphonia SGR as Head of Bond Investments and afterwards as Investment Director.

Graduated in Banking, Financial and Insurance Sciences from Università Cattolica of Milan, she has over twenty years of experience in the financial sector. After working for twelve years in Cassa Lombarda covering the role of Private Banker, in 2007 she arrived at Santander where she was Manager of the Milan Branch. Since 2017 she joined with Capital as a Partner.

He began his professional experience in 1998. After training in Finance & Future, Deutsche Bank Group, and entering in the Register of Financial Advisors in 1999, he worked in Ambro Italia. He worked from 2001 in Cassa Lombarda and then in 2007 in Santander. After 9 years in the Spanish multinational in 2017 he joined Open Capital as Private Banker dedicated to customers.

After high school diploma she joined Studi e Investimenti Mobiliari in 1994 as head of the administrative area. During the period in which the company was a SIM she was responsible in particular for maintaining relations with Bank of Italy, Consob, in addition to the related obligations. In the following years she dedicated mainly to the relationships with customers and financial intermediaries of the e-commerce site, specializing in the Family Office sector.

After graduating in Economics from Università Cattolica of Milan, he began his career in 1991 in Banca Popolare Commercio & Industria - Intesa SanPaolo Group - where he reached the position of Manager. After that he worked in Cassa Lombarda and Santander as Investment Specialist. Today he is Partner at Open Capital.

Before joining Open Capital she worked as Client Advisor Assistant for the Wealth Management division at UBS Europe SE, although she began working in finance in 2012 at Santander where, as a branch operation, she offered constant support to clients. Her perfect knowledge of English and German allows her to interface with international customers and partners. At Open Capital she is Office Manager since 2017.

His financial education after graduating in Economics from Università Cattolica of Milan continues with a Master in International Finance at the IEB - Instituto de Estudios Bursatiles in Madrid and at the LSE - London School of Economics.

He has eleven years of experience as Investment Specialist both in Banco Santander and UBS Europe SE; since 2017 he is Partner in Open Capital.

After graduating in Economics and Business from the University of Pescara, he has been President of Webuild SPA since November 2019.

He began his professional career in 1984 working for EY, where he became a partner in 1996.

Regarding his career at EY, in 2005 he was appointed Advisory Leader of the Central Western European Area and held the role of Business Development Leader for Italy, Spain and Portugal from 2008 to 2010, the year in which he became the Managing Partner for the Mediterranean area (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Angola and Mozambique), as well as assuming the title of CEO for Italy.

By virtue of these roles he was part of the EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) leadership board.

He is a professor of "Business Modelling and Planning" at the Luiss University of Rome, "Digital Business Model Innovation" at the Università Cattolica of Milan.

He is the author of numerous publications, including “Evoluzione del settore dell’energia. Trend ed opportunità” (Il Mulino, 2019) and “La trasformazione dei modelli di business nell’era digitale. Strategy, Business Model & Plan in the age of digital disruption” (Il Mulino, 2018).

She  achieved a three years’ experience at the Postal Services Function at Poste Italiane and worked as a customer assistant and secretary for small companies in Turin, before continuing this activity at Rivoira and Studi e Investimenti Mobiliari, an independent securities consultancy company.

With a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance and Financial Markets from the University of Turin with full marks at the age of 23 he joined Open Capital Partners as a Financial Advisor, after working  at CNH in Italy and in the Kingdom United.

Graduated from the Politecnico of Milan, after having practiced in some private firms, she collaborated in the start-up of an important foreign banking group in Italy, following the opening of its branches. She was a Executive Assistant in Santander while in Open Capital she supports administrative activities and customer relations.

Graduated cum laude in Economics and Finance from the LUISS University of Rome with a thesis on the perspectives of savings management "Product Governance and Product Intervention". Since 2019 he has been part of the Open Capital Management team as a Financial Analyst and Portfolio Manager with a focus on stock markets.

Graduated in Economics and Commerce fromUniversità Cattolica of Milan, she began her career at PWC Italy. She has over twenty years of experience in the financial/banking sector and in the last twelve years at international banks, where she held the role of Administrative Director. At Open Capital is Partner and CFO.

Graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Bergamo he joined EY where he gained an extensive experience in auditing. Afterwards held the position of Financial Analyst in Intermonte and Equity Sales in other international companies including Societe Generale , Citigroup and UBS. Since 2007, he has been Deputy General Manager of Financial Markets of Santander Italy. Today at Open Capital he is Partner and Macroeconomist.

Has over twenty years’ experience as Portfolio Manager first in ABP SIM and in Symphonia SGR since 2004. In 2011 he moved to Banca Intermobiliare, parent company of Symphonia SGR.

Today he is Portfolio Manager at Open Capital.

Shareholder of Studi e Investimenti Mobiliari since its establishment in 1986, transformed in 1991 into a consultancy S.I.M. and a securities consultancy company after the Eurosim Decree. In 1985 he edited the best seller "How to read Il Sole 24 Ore" with other authors, of which many updated and expanded editions have been published over the years. He was part of the Board of Directors of some SICAVs belonging to the Compagnie Financière Edmond de Rothschild of Paris. From 2003 to 2007 he was Vice President of the Board of Directors of Symphonia SGR S.p.A.

Since 2020 he is Senior Advisor & Family Office Partner of Open Capital office in Turin.

Graduating cum laude in Law from the University of Urbino, in 1980 he passed the competitive exam to join the Bank of Italy and was assigned to the Trento Branch. After eight years, he was transferred to the Human Resources Management Department in Rome, where he dealt with training activities, staff deployment, promotions, and labor relations. In 1992, he was promoted to Manager. Over the years, he represented the Bank of Italy in numerous national and international conferences, contributing, among other things, to the establishment of the European System of Central Banks. In 1998, he was promoted to Director, taking charge of several branches, including those of Catania (2005) and Palermo (2008). In 2011, he became Director of the Milan Branch. In January 2014, he was appointed General Officer, maintaining leadership of the Milan Branch while also coordinating the national project for reorganizing the Bank’s peripheral network. He has been a speaker at more than one hundred conferences on supervisory activities, regional economic analyses, anti-money laundering operations, and measures to combat illegality. On February 1, 2021, he concluded his tenure at the Bank of Italy. In July 2021, upon the proposal of the Minister of Economy and Finance, he was appointed Chairman of the Conflicts and Transactions Committee for the "Patrimonio Rilancio" initiative at Cassa Depositi e Prestiti.

He began his back office and operations activity in 1991, for the Patania Stockbroker firm. In 2007 he continued his experience  in the operations area of Santander supporting customers and consultants. Today he is Office Manager at Open Capital.

After graduating in Law he gained consolidated experience in different business areas at the Italian division of an important multinational banking company, reaching the role of Head of Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretariat. In Open Capital is an effective member of the Board of Directors as well as the Company's internal coordinator on all legal and corporate issues.
